Liss Community Association website At yesterdays Community Forum, during a presentation by the Liss Community Association, my attention was draw to what appeared at a glance to be a high quality website. Liss Manor House?? I was wondering if you could assist me in my efforts..... My mother-in-law was evacuated to Liss during the 2nd World War and is keen to see if the place in she was sent to live is still standing. She believes that is was called "The Manor House" and was right on the edge of Liss Forest. She believes that it was owned by a man they called Major General Dwyer. I wonder if anybody with local knowledge may be able to help me in my quest, as I would love to be able to take her back to Liss and show her the place she spent her war years. Triangle web page content Hi, I just wanted to say I think the new look for the liss online site is great. I also wanted to let you know that the content of the Triangle page needs updating with my name as a contact reference. Also, the list of affiliates is very out of date. I'm sure Linda used to have a login for the site - will this still apply, or do I need to set up my own login? On the subject of websites I am also developing a new Triangle website which we hope to have finished in the next 4-6 weeks. Liss Area Historical Society Hello Can you possibly help me with a phone number for the above society please? All I can find on them is an address through 192.com.
